Our kids’ parties are hands-on, creative celebrations where every child gets to build, paint, and design their own masterpiece. From colorful canvas art to fun woodworking projects, each party includes guided instruction, all materials, and a take-home creation—making it a stress-free and memorable experience for kids and parents alike.

We bring the creative fun straight to you! Your space should have a sink or water source and nearby electrical outlets to support the activities. Parties within 10 miles of Vernon Hills are included in our standard pricing. For locations more than 10 miles away, an additional travel fee may apply.

When you book The ArtCraft Nook, you’re hiring me to host the art activity. This includes all instruction and art supplies for the project. I do not provide or organize food, decorations, goodie bags, utensils, or any other party elements.

We’ve got it covered! We just ask for 30–45 minutes before and after the party to get everything ready and tidy up, so you can relax and enjoy the fun.

Chairs and tablecloths are not included. If you need tables, we can provide two 6ft tables, one 5ft table, and/or one 4ft table for the art activities. Any additional tables beyond that are the responsibility of the host.

To make sure your date is secure, please book at least 6 weeks ahead. Need a last-minute party? Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it work!

A $100 deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on the day of the party. Deposits are fully refundable up to two weeks before the event, and we’re happy to give credit to reschedule if plans change.

Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund. If plans change within two weeks of your event, we’re happy to offer a credit that can be applied toward rescheduling for a future date, subject to availability.

We need the final number one week before the party to make sure everyone has the supplies they need. Unfortunately, extra guests after that date can’t be accommodated, and no-shows the day of the party will still be charged.

Yes — each guests’ guardian completes a liability waiver and photography release to keep everyone safe and to capture all the creative fun.
